André Van Niekerk

Founder and managing director of HOCW (Pty) Ltd, the holding company of TT Stone. André has spent more than a decade specialising in the construction composite industry. He gained his experience by applying and consulting on some of the most challenging projects both in South Africa and sub-Sahara Africa. He also has formal training and is an accredited decorative concrete systems, epoxy and high performance coatings applicator for both a.b.e. Construction Chemicals and Chryso South Africa.

Marelize Van Niekerk

Marelize serves as a director for HOCW (Pty) Ltd. She is not only the mother to André and her 2 children, she is the work mother of the company. She truly is the heart and soul of TT Stone. Marelize oversees our administration department, ensuring the ship stays afloat.

Juaco Breytenbach

Juaco joined our team in 2021. He joined us straight out of school, with no experience or qualifications, but there was something about him, and he has proven that feeling right. Meet with him and you will see what we mean. He has an unparalleled drive and a talent for sales. He worked himself up through the ranks and is currently our senior factorysales representative. Juaco currently oversees the Gauteng, North-West Province and Kwa-Zulu Natal regions.

Lorna Russell

Lorna joined us in 2019, but she has always been part of the family. Lorna specializes in residential and commercial real eastate projects and has a unique talent for sales and marketing. Her knowlegde and expertise in the industry makes her a force to be reckoned with. She has proven to be an invaluable part of our success. She currently heads up the sales and project division for the Western Cape region.

Thomas Marema

Thomas was our very first employee. He knows the company and the products inside out. A higly skilled craftsman in his own right. Thomas is currently serving as the HOD for our casting department, our largest and the most fundemantal department in the company.

Philani Ntabeni

Philani is proof that hard work pays off. Philani joined us at the start, as a grounds keeper, but he had emense potential. He learned our trade in his own time, and slowly, but surely worked himself up into a senior position. Philani currently serves as our HOD for our finishing department

Neville Seekoei

A jack of all trades. Neville joined us in 2023 as our mould shop manager, but he soon assumed more responsibilities. He has a unique eye for patern and mould making, which is the heart of our company. Good moulds produce good products. His moulds produce fantastic products. Neville currently serves as HOD for a couple of departmetns, i.e. mould making, specialised coatings and logistics.
